When it comes to non-standard processing, you may have to go to the drilling machine to drill holes, slot and other special processing requirements after the inspection is completed, and then go to the constant temperature workshop for inserts. Many of the processes from quality inspection to completion of processing are relatively complicated.Material Selection/Material Selection- The materials selected by our company are all black granite materials.

- Use circulating water to reduce the temperature generated by cutting;
Shaping- The precisely cut granite is rough planed on the planer and then transferred to fine planing.

Grinding/Grinding- The planed granite is roughly ground on a grinder and then finely ground;
- Use circulating water to reduce the temperature of the grinding head during operation;

- Select the appropriate mold (granite slab) according to the external dimensions of the granite, and use emery Grind the surface with appropriate water, first with coarse sand and then with fine sand, grinding to the required accuracy level;
- The grinding process needs to ensure constant temperature and humidity.
Drilling, Slotting/Drilling&Slotting- The ground granite slab is placed on the CNC drilling machine, and holes or grooves are drilled according to the drawing;

Insert/InsertPrepare the special glue for granite, apply it evenly around the metal parts, and leave it until the holes are drilled.
